Banana Bread Hot Cocoa came to me while brainstorming for National Cocoa Day (December 13th) 2024 and I was immediately enchanted by the idea and ended up making it way before National Cocoa Day. This creamy, thick, flavorful hot cocoa was an instant hit and has definitely made it's way into my dessert rotation when I have bananas on hand.

Ingredients:
2 Cups Milk
1 Ripe Banana, peeled
2 Packets Hot Cocoa Mix (or about 1/3 Cup)
2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Ground Nutmeg
Mini Marshmallows
Instructions:
Add the Milk, Banana, Hot Cocoa Mix, Ground Cinnamon, and Ground Nutmeg to a blender and blend until smooth.
Pout the hot (cold?) cocoa into a medium saucepan and heat over medium heat until thickened and hot.
Pour the hot cocoa into 1 or 2 glasses, top with Mini Marshmallows, and enjoy!
