This is by far my favorite bubble tea I've made because it really tastes like a drinkable oatmeal raisin cookie! This idea came about, like many of my ideas, thanks to daily holidays. April 30th is National Bubble Tea Day, National Oatmeal Cookie Day, and National Raisin Day, so this recipe is the perfect way to get in a 3-for-1 celebration!

Ingredients:
1/2 C Raisins
3/4 C Light Brown Sugar
3/4 C Water
1 tsp Cinnamon Powder
Boba Pearls, prepared per package instructions
1/2 C Oat Milk
1/2 tsp Cinnamon Powder
Ice
Oat Milk
Prepared Black Tea, chilled
Instructions:
In a medium saucepan, mix the Raisins, Light Brown Sugar, Water, and Cinnamon together, then simmer covered for 15-20 minutes, or until the raisins have softened slightly.
Add the prepared Boba Pearls to the raisin syrup and transfer to the refrigerator to chill.
In a small bowl or cup, combine 1/2 C Oat Milk and Cinnamon Powder and froth using a milk frother or whisk. Set aside.
In a large cup, add desired amount of boba mixture, making sure to get plenty of the syrup, and Ice. Add your desired amount of Oat Milk and Prepared Black Tea (I do about 1/4 c oat milk to 1 3/4 c tea), and stir well. Top with your frothed oat milk and enjoy with a boba straw!
